In 2022, Vercom, a cloud communication platform, acquired our product MailerLite with its subsidiary products MailerSend and MailerCheck for $90 million.  It allowed us to put more resources and effort into our new products Ycode, MyZenTeam and Partnero.

What you’ll do here:

  • Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to drive revenue.

  • Identify new opportunities, build partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams.

  • Generate mutual value alongside partners by agreeing to goals and incentives in order to achieve them.  

  • Educate partners on new product offerings, promotions, and product updates.

  • Collaborate with partners on new content marketing initiatives.

  • Gain a deep understanding of partner needs, target audience, key players, and industry trends.

  • Stay on top of industry trends and new practices to enhance program processes and maintain overall competitiveness within the marketplace.

  • Follow through on items without being managed.

What we expect from you:

  • Motivation to learn about the new products.

  • 2+ years of successful partnership/account management/sales experience in SaaS/Technology (HR tech would be a plus).

  • Experience working across different partner types.

  • Commercial mindset to achieve goals and targets for us & our partners.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish would be a plus).

  • Big ideas to contribute to setting the foundation for growth.

  • Ability to think through a long-term vision for a partnership, but realize and act on the small steps needed to get there.

  • Based in UTC-5 to UTC+7 time zones.

  • Salary: $45,000-$65,000 (gross).

  • Company-paid retreats. Once per year, we gather for a week in an exotic location to work, learn and have fun together. This autumn we will meet in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
